Golf Galaxy is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. This gift card cannot be redeemed for cash or applied toward any credit card or other electronic payment card. No variance of these terms and conditions will be allowed except in those states where legally required.

- Referrals must provide the Am Tour Member’s Name and Tour City on the Member Registration/Sign-up Page for the Member to receive proper credit.
- $50 Golf Galaxy gift card is earned once the Referral becomes a new Am Tour Member and completes a full month of membership.
- In order for you to receive your $50 Golf Galaxy gift card, your membership must be up-to-date and in good standing.
- Member will receive a congratulatory email with a link directing them how to receive their $50 Golf Galaxy gift card after their Referral has completed their full month of membership.
