Golf Channel Am Tour is managed and operated by Golf Channel, which ranks as the #1 golf destination on the web. As the largest amateur tour in the country, Golf Channel Am Tour is currently comprised of more than 800 tournaments in 60 local chapters nationwide, providing casual players with professionally-run golf tournament experiences and access to play at some of the greatest and most challenging courses, in their hometowns and nationwide. Golf Channel Am Tour membership is open to golfers of all ages and skill levels. As part of the $199 annual membership, members will have the opportunity to compete in any of the 800+ Am Tour-sanctioned local championships nationwide; 36-hole special Regional Championships and qualify for the Golf Channel Am Tour’s National Championship. An official USGA Handicap Index service also is provided as part of the membership.
